You Spec the Flight

Your customer needs flights — say 24" OD, 24" pitch. You send us the finished dimensions.

We Size the Blank

We tell you exactly what size flat blank (burnout) to cut — outer diameter, inner diameter, and wedge angle.

You Cut & Ship

You plasma or laser cut the blanks from your plate stock and ship them to us.

We Form

We take your flat blanks and form them into precision helicoid flights — formed to your exact specs.

You Pick Up & Deliver

Your shipper picks up the finished flights. We invoice you for the forming work. You deliver to your customer.
